A Refrigerated Table (or Chilled Preparation Table) is a dual-purpose commercial unit combining a stainless-steel work surface with integrated refrigeration. Designed for kitchens, delis, and bakeries, it maintains precise temperatures for ingredients while providing immediate workspace — streamlining prep, reducing cross-contamination, and enhancing HACCP compliance.
